IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DO MÉTODO DA ZONAS PARA O CÁLCULO DA TRANSFERÊNCIA DE CALOR RADIATIVA EM SUPERFÍCIES COMPLEXAS

Resumo

O método das zonas desenvolvido inicialmente por Hottel e seu colaboradores realiza o balanço de energia entre os elementos das zonas, que podem ser superfícies e/ou volumes de gases, sendo considerado uma referência para o cálculo da transferência de calor radiativa em cavidades. Neste trabalho foi implementado o método da zona para superfícies complexas e validado com os resultados para uma cavidade cilíndrica e um bocal sino-senoidal com paredes e meios isotérmicas e com coeficientes de absorção constante. O código desenvolvido também foi aplicada para uma câmara de combustão com perfil de temperatura variável e coeficientes de absorção dos gases modelados pelo modelo das somas ponderadas de gases cinzas.
